We believe empowering people with the knowledge and know-how to make healthy food choices is the recipe for building healthier, stronger communities. We offer edible education programs for schools as well as a range of gate to plate workshops that teach children and adults about agriculture and nutrition and how to grow, harvest, cook and preserve wholesome foods.
These programs will teach adults, children and families everything from growing and harvesting their own produce, to canning and preserving food, to cooking healthy and delicious meals.

CANNING & PRESERVING
Our Cooking & Preserving Classes are filled with everything you need to know to get started in canning and preserving your own foods. Once you know the basics of canning, this just might be yet another fun and delicious way to bring the family together in the kitchen.
When the kids are out of school it gives them a great chance to practice their skills in the kitchen! In our day camps your kids will gain the confidence to cook, develop an understanding of why healthy eating habits are important and how we can eat seasonal to support local farmers.
Eat healthy for life! Our Ag bites program teaches students where their food comes from and how to make healthy choices.
