Ag 101 is about creating a broader understanding of the food we eat and where it comes from. The program is delivered by enthusiastic agriculture professionals, topic experts and Ag for Life's education team who are matched with your requests for curriculum-related presentations.
A diverse number of topics are explored, encouraging grade 7–12 students to think critically about agriculture and the role it plays in their lives. The series can be woven into curriculum areas such as: English, math, foods, social studies, CALM, CTS, CTF, AGR 3000, science, biology and chemistry.
The program is broken into topics that can be delivered independently or grouped together to meet your curriculum needs. Ag 101 coordinates with our Nourishing Minds publications to enhance learning. You can download each publication in the links below.
