Cultivating Resilience in

Rural Communities

The Cultivating Resilience in Rural Communities toolkit was developed to support conversations on stress and mental health in the agricultural community.

These materials were developed through a collaboration between UMASH, Ag Safety and Health Alliance, and Oak Ridge Teletherapy and co-branded by Ag for Life for use in Canada.

Mental Health & Agriculture Video

This video is a conversation starter about mental health and agriculture and should be used in conjunction with a program that discusses this issue in more depth.
