The primary role of the Programs Manager is to manage the entire portfolio of outreach Programs in an operationally effective and efficient manner consistent with the organization’s guiding principles and operational plan.
As a key member of the Ag for Life team, the Program Manager’s main focus will be to scale Ag for Life’s innovative education programs and initiatives across Alberta, provide high-level support and backup for the CEO, participate in the identification, design, and implementation of key initiatives and projects identified in the operational plan, represent Ag for Life at promotional events, contribute to the development and maintenance of positive relationships with Ag for Life stakeholders, and share accountability for the successful achievement of the goals and objectives in the strategic plan.
