This month in our Nourishing Minds series, we continue to dig into the Food Value Chain to understand the complexities of agri-food systems. We recently had a visit with Paul MacLeod, VP of National Merchandising Fresh with Sobeys to learn how food gets to the grocery store, how they tackle issues such as food waste, and hear about some of the challenges and opportunities they have faced during the pandemic.
